What materials are used in your watch straps?

We use only the highest grade materials, including Swiss-made vulcanized rubber, vegetable-tanned Italian leather, and hypoallergenic 316L stainless steel for our buckles.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unworn condition with original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do I need special tools to install my new band?

While some of our straps can be installed with standard tools, we recommend using our professional-grade spring bar tools to prevent scratching your watch lugs.

Are Everest Bands water-resistant?

Our rubber collection is 100% waterproof and resistant to UV rays and chemicals. Our leather bands are water-resistant but should not be submerged for extended periods to maintain their finish.
